Job Summary

We are looking for a bright, talented, and ambitious marketing leader who has the ability to both think big vision, while rolling up their sleeves to get things done and move with agility to achieve their goals. This is a unique opportunity to inherit a beloved brand/product and be part of a dynamic marketing team, while being a key driver of revenue for our multiple product lines and growth goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS marketing, a proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth, and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth for our SaaS products.
  • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI and drive measurable results.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and events.
  • Track and analyse key marketing metrics, such as customer acquisition cost, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and marketing ROI, and use data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, vendors, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in SaaS marketing, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior marketing role in the SaaS industry, with a track record of successfully driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS marketing strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure marketing performance.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
